Leak.ca and our operating arm AnyLeak have been finding hidden water, slab, and gas leaks across British Columbia since 1999. Our team of certified technicians, engineers, and contractors uses thermal imaging, acoustic correlation, ground-penetrating radar, and tracer gas — the same non-invasive technology used by municipal utilities — to find leaks without tearing walls or digging up yards.
This site exists because we get the same calls every day: “My bill spiked but I can’t find a leak.” “The floor is warm.” “The wall is damp but no pipe is visible.” Most of these can be narrowed down — and sometimes solved entirely — using the same checks we run on the first visit. So we put them in your hands, for free.
What these tools will (and won’t) do
These tools will help you confirm whether you have a leak, narrow down where it’s likely to be, and understand what it’s costing you. They cannot replace a site visit with professional equipment — but they will tell you very clearly when you actually need one.
